Gallery show

by Sirje

Today we drove to Potsdam for a gallery opening held in Konrad Adenauer’s old villa and garden, which has been everything from a home, doctor’s offices, a design firm, an architect’s office, to, of course, an art gallery. The villa was built by a Jewish family that made a fortune in wood or furniture that fled to the UK before the GDR eventually took it over.

The weather is crisp and overcast but the blue is waging a healthy war over the grey.
